Kym is first & foremost Dermanurse’s Clinic Manager, brand enthusiast and social media specialist.
‘I have always worked in visually creative roles throughout my career. After completing my Fashion Marketing & Promotion Degree all those years ago… I moved to London and worked for various different publications, including Elle magazine as a Fashion Stylist & assistant to the editing team.
Part of my role back then was booking models for fashion and beauty photo shoots, (previously I had worked briefly as a model Booker) so my background has always been studying people’s faces, skin & bone structure quite closely.
I also studied Cosmetic Surgery past & present for my dissertation at University, so I have always had a keen interest in non surgical aesthetics.
Coupled with my marketing and promotion background I believe all this experience helps me to manage Dermanurse as a brand, plus the social media side of things.
Following on from Fashion styling for publications i then worked as a VIP personal shopper for various brands. The skills I learnt here again helps within my role at Dermanurse by providing excellent customer service. We pride ourselves on making our patients feel relaxed and comfortable, their well-being is our ultimate priority and we want them to feel surrounded by a caring and supportive team of professionals.
